I love the back support and overall comfort. I don't like the fact that my feet keep getting tangled with the caster supports at the floor. That part of the chair needs to be re-engineered.

Great value for price

Product delivered on time. Very easy to assemble took just 10 min to put everything together. Chair is very comfortable. Headrest is great when chair is in tilt back position. Was expected cheap parts but was surprised that the pieces that came looked solid and built to last for a while. My wife has a Herman Chair. This Hyken chair is just as comfortable and cost just 1/6 the price.

The Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair is by far more superior than other task chairs and executive chairs (much more expensive) that I have purchased from staples and other retailers! It is very comfortable over a long period of sitting (6 hours or more).

The Staples Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair seems to be well made is very sturdy and feels comfortable. I like the back support. I would agree with other reviewers that it wouldn't be the right chair for a tall person mostly because of the head rest. It was easy to assemble the base and arms. I would purchase this product again and would recommend it to others.
