I love my new office chairs...yes I bought two of them because they were such a great deal! My old chair which looked more plush left my back aching but the lumbar support in my new chair is amazing!!

A decent mash chair for the price

I was a little upset when receiving the chair package: the box was half broken. In the end I found that the chair itself is easy to assemble and well built. I'd love to have more adjustment range but still consider this as 5 stars for the price. I have then ordered another one from Staples.

Love the chair

I struggled for a long time with an old chair that hurt my back and bottom if I used it for a long time. This new chair is wonderful. Supports my back and with the mesh is cool no matter how long I sit. The back can be firm or recline. I am glad the Staples chair expert guided me to this chair. I am a happy sitter.

Great Chair

Some of my co-workers in another Dept. got these chairs to replace their old ones. Since i was looking for a chair to go in my home office i took a seat to check them out. It is a comfortable chair with many features. This chair has adjustable height tilt tilt tension and lumbar support. Love the headrest too. Great value for the price so naturally i ordered one. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Easily the best chairs I've ever owned. Don't let the mesh lead you to believe they're uncomfortable. The ONLY thing I'd change is having them recline just a little further. I've paid anywhere from $100 to $590 trying to see if there's even another choice out there and I keep coming back to this one.

The chair overall is nice and comfortable. I purchased the chair last year and had a problem with the gas cylinder and customer support was kind enough to send out a replacement. Little did they know or maybe not the one they sent didn't sit well with the 5 star piece and it lodged itself in to where it was shaving the paint from the cylinder and wasn't working right. I got an email from the staples team (2 days ago) )saying they were sorry for the issues with the chair and was sending a replacement part out and to throw the old away. Talk about timing I must say that was a blessing and a help. Now my chair is fixed swiveling correctly lowering and raising and I am happy. Way to go customer support Denise Andrew and Sharon #ThanksForTheHelp. Steward
