Great chair at a great price. Lots of adjustability in the arm rests tilt and height. All-in-all a comfortable chair.

After sitting in the chair for half an hour couldn't anymore. Found it to be uncomfortable. Seat is stationary and doesn't move and tends to be snug on the sides and found this uncomfortable. Seemed like a great chair in the store and was excited to get it but not as comfortable after sitting it for a time.

The chair is very comfortable and has the features that I was looking for as I'm a teacher with a lot of paperwork. The staff at the Bowie store were incredibly helpful. They didn't have the model I was looking for but they found another chair very similar that was on sale for only a little more than I wanted to pay. Overall a very good experience and I do like the chair!!

High quality easy assembly.

It only took a few minutes to put this together and I'm very impressed with the result. Mesh back seat and headrest aren't easy to find and this is a good one. Wheels are a little tough to put in but you just need to push at the right angle.

Chair was shipped promptly and package was intact. Product quality was not good: recline lock did not work; arm rests were uneven.

My Staples Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair is very comfortable. I have been having some back problems lately and I am hoping this chair will be helpful. My employer had just recently bought new chairs which were very nice but I purchased this one myself because I felt it might work better for my back. I had the same chair several years ago at a previous job and loved it. Several other employees there liked my chair at that time and asked management to purchase one for them.
