Padding front of chair

I absolutely love this chair. I like the lumbar support the size of the chair the tilt seat and head rest. After sitting in the chair for an hour. The back of my legs were not comfortable. I finally figured it out....there is no padding on the front of the chair. There is the metal frame and the mesh material forms the seat but no padding in this area.. So unfortunately I am returning the chair. I am looking for the same features but a better padded seat.. My rating is a 4 due to padding otherwise I would rate it a 5.
This chair is the most uncomfortable chair ever created. 10 minutes seating on this chair gives me one day worth of spine pain. and after assembled it cannot be returned.
I bought this chair because I had a similar one. However this one has a mesh seat which I find uncomfortable. I think I should've gone into the store and tried out chairs before purchasing. Now I am stuck with it.
First this is an awesome chair. Super comfortable and very adjustable. However I am 6'3" and the head rest which does not move up or down digs into my shoulders which makes it impossible to sit in the chair properly. Too bad because I otherwise really like this chair.
I have had this chair for 3 months and felt compelled to write this review (and I almost never write reviews). I have had Aeron chairs at work for many years but for my home office I opted for this Hyken mesh chair. The assemply instructions are very easy to follow and the hardware is in numbered bags so you know which screws to use at what step. After adjusting the chair to my liking I feel more comfortable in it than Aeron. At first I was disappointed about not having an option to lock tilt-back only (i.e. so it swings back to stop but can swing forward) which Aeron has but after finding a comfortable settings and locking it I never need to adjust it. The lock has just enough spring forward action to allow for slight change of your position as you lean forward and is rock firm when leaning back. The headrest and adjustable lumbar allow for a lot of adjustments (not only up and down) so I was able to find a perfect setting to fit contour of my back. The chair is somewhat narrower than Aeron. Casters work great on granite tile. Give it a week or two experiment with adjustments and you will not be disappointed.
As in general the chair is fairly comfortable BUT the back cushion does not adjust higher or lower. In my case being 6"4 the head support is hitting my shoulder and i can not sit in this chair. I had to remove the head rest completely to be able to sit in the chair at all which was part of decision to buy this chair instead a one without a head rest. Head rest height is not adjustable either it kinda scrolls in its place. So people over 6 feet stay away.
