I love this chair. When I sat in it at the store I knew right away that I wanted it. It may not be good for a larger person. I am 5 ft 5 in and weigh 120 lbs so for me it is perfect. Good lumbar support.

This chair is great if you have back pain or sciatica. I purchased this chair for several employees with these issues. They love how the mesh base does not have pressure points when sitting for long periods of time. One negative is that the chair tends to lower during the course of the day and they have to adjust but they say that is a small agravation considering the comfort.

Good ergonomic chair

The chair ships completely disassembled and requires some time and skill to put together. I found that the various plastics released a strong odor for around a week which was quite unpleasant. Most annoyingly there are several large warning and compliance stickers pasted to the bottom of the seat and handles. On removal these left white glue on the plastics which is impossible to remove. Staples consider using better quality stickers that do not damage the plastics. Overall the chair is comfortable and of reasonable quality for the price. The plastic mesh is not the most pleasant to sit on for long periods. Using a towel or cushion helps.
