The chair is missing two important adjustments: it needs a seat tilt function and an adjustment for back rest to seat distance. Overall a very nice chair but could be a great chair!

I love this chair overall for its comfort over time i.e. I can sit in it for more than a few hours and it's comfortable. My only complaint is that it doesn't tilt forward as much as I'd hoped and subsequently the front edge puts pressure on the back of my legs that becomes uncomfortable over time.
