It's pretty comfortable to use for extended periods of time. I like the mesh design for the ventilation to stay feeling cooler - no back sweat one can get with a solid back and seat.

The chair is perfectly contoured for my bad back and allows freedom of movement and the appropriate support. It is easy to clean and slides perfectly over the floor not marring the wood.
