This is not a comfortable chair. Lumbar support is great but seat puts too much pressure on legs (and not backside). I need to get up frequently due to pain in my hamstrings.
It's good but the wheels were kind of sticking so I replaced them with the wheels from the original chair. Also the headrest doesn't tilt back and forth as easily or slide up and down but that's actually a really good thing because on the old one it too easily slipped down when I didn't want it to. I'm guessing this level of stiffness is actually correct and it was the old chair that had it wrong.
So far so good. At first it felt very stiff and like the seat was too short but now I'm accustomed to it and I really like it. I wish the seat was a bit more adjustable forward and backward but you get what you pay for. (The arms lumbar seat height and the angle of the back are all adjustable.) At this price it's a high-quality office chair. It was also very easy to put together!
The chair is very comfortable and moves around quite easily. The young man that helped my decision making at Staples was very good. The one thing that could be improved was the instructions for putting it together. If you are not somewhat "mechanical" you will have difficulty deciphering the instructions.
This chair is very uncomfortable. The lumbar support has very little adjustment options and digs into my back. The mesh on the seat/back is very flimsy. In only a few weeks I can tell the seat mesh has sunk/loosened. Would not buy again.
