I don't get why this chair has such good reviews. I'm average height 5'9 and the headrest jams me in the shoulders.

Fine chair for the money. Not difficult to assemble. I have had one for close to five years and it is beginning to feel worn in the sitting area but it has help up well other than being dusty it appears just as the new chair. I would recommend this chair for the money and for a good sitting chair for several years. My office manager sits in the chair at least 45 hours a week often upwards of 60.

The Chair has good lumber support but it is not good fora tall person. I am 5' 8" and my shoulders hit the top ofhead rest and is not comfortable unless I am reclining back in the chair.
