Took me an hour to put together would take a lot less now that I know how to do it. So comfortable and adjustable. I know people hate the headrest and sometimes leave it off but if you don't screw it in tightly you'll have 2" of give which is all I needed.

I had an older computer chair before this purchase. What a difference this chair made. Very comfortable. Especially like how the back of the chair hits in the small of my back. The headrest is also a nice addition. Very well thought out design.

I was looking for a supportive chair - especially for my lower back and neck and this chair seems like it will be comfortable to sit in for 6-8 hours at a time. It swivels reclines and the neck support can be tilted.
