I don't get why this chair has such good reviews. I'm average height 5'9 and the headrest jams me in the shoulders.

The Chair has good lumber support but it is not good fora tall person. I am 5' 8" and my shoulders hit the top ofhead rest and is not comfortable unless I am reclining back in the chair.

Nice chair. Head rest has limited positioning. Great for wife who is under 5’5” but uncomfortable for me and I am 5’8”
