This chair is very comfortable. I like the mesh seat so much better than other seats. Over time the foam sponge or whatever material deteriorates making you sit in a depression and your tailbone hitting bottom (no pun intended). With mesh that’s it - nothing else to catch you. The chair was easy to put together. The levers are marked as to what they do when pulled. Mine were switched so if I wanted to raise the chair height the lever that says which one to use would’ve tilted the chair instead. Watch out for that.
This chair is comfortable and adjusts to fit well to whomever is sitting in it. We bought several for our offices. Some folks are not fans of the headrests - but those can be removed. I personally love being able to sit back now and then to rest my head. We will definitely consider purchasing more as our other chairs need replacing.
Decent chair. Don't know its durability yet but so far so good. However I cannot use the headrest at all. I am a female 5'5". Granted I have normal proportions so it's unlikely that I have unusually long torso. The headrest is only adjustable going forward or back not height wise. When sitting straight the headrest will pinch on my upper back/shoulder area causing discomfort. My male partner of 5'11" sat there and felt the same thing. In other words none of us can use this chair with the headrest on. I wonder if the designer of this chair used a model that's way shorter than 5'3" or one has an exceptionally short torso. I really wanted the headrest but the only way to keep it is if I sit slouched down which is bad for my back. I would give this chair a solid 5 star except for this reason a feature I really wanted but cannot have. I cannot return the chair now that it's assembled but I will continue to look for a better chair.
I've had all sorts of chairs executive chairs regular office chairs trendy racing styled gaming chars and nothing comes close to this. You have air under you and at your back it's ergonomic and can also recline a bit (I do wish it would recline a bit more). Worth every penny and will buy again if need be.
I purchased this chair after sitting on a good handful of different ones. I have chronic lower back and hip pain so when I am sitting it's important to have the proper support. This chair offers great support for my lower back and the head rest helps to keep the neck from straining! The only thing is for shorter people like myself I would recommend getting a foot rest. I like my chair lifted so that my arms are at the proper height and this cause my legs to dangle but the foot rest was an easy fix. Some of the engineers in the office tried my chair out and liked it so much we purchased 6 more for everyone!
I have had it for about a week and is very comfortable. The adjustments are very convenient. I was specifically looking for a chair with adjustable lumbar support and this chairs has one. It does take a lot of effort to assemble particularly because a lot of the assembly has to be done with the seat upside down.It seems to be well made but the actual durability will be known after a few months use.
