I am completely happy with this chair. It supports my lower back and is very comfortable. The headrest is just right. Also this chair is inexpensive - especially compared to that other very expensive chair advertised on radio.

Theses chairs are awesome for lower back and neck. The neck portion by using adjustable arms. The back is definately great for adjusting and helping you sit properly. The mesh seats are as said.

with store..with help in store..delivery..packaging..esp.concise labeling...and the chair (what a bargain) adjustable cool (in this hot weather.) I spend many hours in comfort through the day. I have to take some of the credit for my lucky purchase with help from spouse and son because we did our research and comparisons of stores and chairs
