This may be the best chair on the market for the price of $230 and it is occasionally on sale for $100 less. Only issue is the headrest which seems to be too low but it can easily be removed.

For little over a hundred bucks I think this is the best chair with back support and full 100% mesh + the headrest. Next step up would be the Aeron chairs that cost literally 5 to 10 times the Staples Hyken chair. I've had this chair for few months and I have been enjoying it a lot!
