Overall I like this chair. It functions well; there is only one thing that I don't like and that's the bottom part/seat is a little scratchy. I like to work late with a gown or pajamas and this is problematic. I need a cover. Otherwise it's great! I really like the reclining function!

I took a risk buying this chair online without testing it at the store (no Staples stores in my city) and I'm pleased with the product. It's comfortable and breathable. I did find that the headrest is positioned farther forward than I would prefer so I decided not to use that part. Other than that I like it!

I like my chair! It's comfortable and sits well. The back has good lumbar support if I sit back in it. Would be nice to have the back adjust a little closer so when I'm working I feel that same support but overall I think it's a great chair

If the headrest was more adjustable and the armrests were adjustable at all and the tension of the seat with adjustable at all this thing would be a solid 5 stars. As it is it's pretty good. Much better than your average chair.

this chair provides good comfort encourages good posture with it's excellent lumbar support. Also the chair is more ventilated due to the perforated fabric so tend to not feel as hot or uncomfortable around the seat and back area. So far so good I thought durability might be sacrificed with this kind of fabric however it's holding up quite well. I would definitely purchase this chair again.
