I am extremely happy with this chair. I have disc issues and have had difficulty getting a comfortable chair. This one has been perfect with great support. The mesh keeps me cool in the summer and the arm and head rests are adjustable. I found it very easy to assemble.

I love it - it is airy adjusts easily. I am short so adjustments are necessary. The only complaint was putting it together. it is heavy and was hard for me to do by myself. if I had another set of arms it would have been together quicker. once I got it together it has been blissful to work at my desk. no part of my body aches from pressure.

This chair is awesome I have two. I assembled the first one myself.. not too hard. But I let the store assemble the second one I LOVE LOVE this chair. It gives me good lumbar support. And rolls around my office.

Chair was relatively easy to assemble. The headrest does not sit perfectly straight on the chairback but it is a small offset and does not affect the functionality. My only complaint is that the ;addle controls under the seat seem to be on the opposite side compared to the drawings in the manual.
