Hurts my back

I tried the demo chair for a few minutes in the store and it seemed OK. Unfortunately the one delivered to my house is unbearable. The seat has too much downward slope to the back. The chair back is oddly shaped bowing in sharply in the lumbar area then back again going up to the shoulders. The result of the seat and back angles is that my sit bones are are rotated to an uncomfortable position and my lower back is force forward then into an unnatural curve. I’ve made all the adjustments possible and used the chair as much as I could to acclimate. Last night I didn’t sleep well due to significant low back pain. I am done with the chair and do not recommend it.

while the instructions were VERY user friendly the chair is a bit heavy and bulky to try and put together. I might pay to have it assembled next time. but the instructions are very easy to follow.
