Have had the chair since September 2017. First issue was the headrest which I couldn't use comfortably because it is too low at full height (I'm 5'11"). Took that off and it was great. Comfortable for many hours at a time. Now a year later the mesh is starting to sag in both the back and seat (I'm 180 lbs) which puts a lot more pressure through my low back so I can't sit for more than an hour or so. In addition the foam on the left arm rest has torn at the seam. Not such a big deal but annoying nonetheless. Great chair initially but the longevity isn't inspiring.

Perfect Chair for home or office

This chair covers two things that I hate about most cheap office chairs. 1. The mesh material makes it very breathable on back and seat so that you don't sweat after hours of work.2. As mentioned above the seat is made of an elastic mesh that forms to you. This makes sitting for long hours bearable because you don't feel like you are sitting on and leaning against a piece of wood once a traditional chair's foam cushion has compressed.

This chair was a breeze to put together. The instructions were step by step. I am enjoying it as I type this. I think I finally found the chair I've been searching for. In all honesty I have always liked the mesh seat chairs and I did wait until it went on sail.

The seat of it is mesh but not strong so you sink in and it affects your legs position your back position and in just ONE day I am already feeling the terrible symptoms on my back. This is a NO NO take care of your health and do not buy this one...

Great alternative to Herman Miller Aeon chair

What a find! Good inexpensive alternative to an Aeon chair. Only downside is head support is fixed on the chair and does not support my head well ('m 6' 2"). Removed the head support and I'm laughing. Will buy another chair for use by my wife.

Was using a crappy "executive" fake leather chair for years and I added my own lumbar pad thinking it was doing a decent job supporting my back. Wrong. I had back pain a lot. Tried out many chairs and the Hyken felt the best to me. Love the lumbar and I've adjust the tilt resistance to just the right amount that it moves with my back. The headrest is great too. Easy to assemble.too. 20 min or so. Excellent quality chair! For the price unbeatable in my opinion. And the red looks great!
