I highly recommend the Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair. I've worked in office environments for 40+ years. This is the most comfortable chair I have ever used. Not only does it have adjustable lumbar support the headrest is invaluable when I need to lean back to stretch. The price is inexpensive relative to its value

This chair is very comfortable you can recline. And has. Adjustable adjustable arm rests that go up and down . You can also raise the seat to the height that is comfortable.

The chair is very comfortable in the seating position and I can lean back slightly and take a power nap which was important to me.I'm 5'2 so for me there is an uncomfortable hump on the seat on the backside of the knees where the mesh seat joins the frame so I put a memory foam cushion I had on the seat and it's perfect. Perhaps my legs are a little short. I'm glad I bought this chair. I like it a lot.
