Chair instructions were pretty straightforward with the exception of the headrest the plastic around t-nut covered part of the t-nut making it impossible to thread the screw unless you cut away the plastic. I am 6'1" and the headrest of the chair hits the tops of my shoulder when sitting in the upright position now if I recline back it perfectly cradles my neck when the headrest is extended all the way up I wish the chair was a little taller. All in all I may just remove the headrest.

This chair is very comfortable. The only issues is not having an adjustable lumbar support.

I appreciate the smooth functioning of the casters and the flexibility of the back of the chair. I like also that it adjusts to easily to fit different body types. I would highly recommend this chair!
