Wish it was a couple inches wider Sid adjustable for taller people. I’m 6 foot and th headrest doesn’t go up high enough or the lumbar support.

I bought this chair after trying a friend's and did not regret it. It's very adjustable and very comfortable which is what I need since I do a lot of sitting. I sold my original purchase when I moved across the country and bought a brand new one immediately. I like how cooling the mesh is how much lumbar support there is and that there is neck support. A couple of weeks in a tiny piece of the mesh broke and was poking me but I clipped it with nail clippers and had no further issues.

Chair is decent enough

The chair is decent and about the same comfort level and quality as similar chairs elsewhere. Unfortunately that also means the tilt and pneumatic levers are prone to snapping due to being mostly plastic in design as has happened on two occasions now. I regret not choosing a more solid model like the Tempur-Pedic 6400.

Great chair! Comfortable and really allows me to work long hours and maintain good posture. Move with you when you lean back so the back of the chair doesn't stop you when reaching backward for something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
