Fourth time I have gotten one of these chairs for someone with sciatica nerve problems and was cured of the problem within 2 weeks. Hope this model never goes away.

Great chair. My complaints would be maybe more adjustment but mostly the headrest. It is comfortable but so loose that it falls to the bottom everytime you get up. When you sit back down you have to raise it. A little drag would be nice so that it stays in place. I wedged a rubber band in it.So far I'd still buy again.
