Just noticed this on July 27 2019...BUMMER. The chair up until this revelation was great now I have to see if I can return it.

I have two of these now and they are absolutely superior to any other office chairs I have ever purchased. Great product at a great price.

Best Chair Ever!

I love this chair. It's nice to have a chair with a head rest that isn't a cumbersome executive style chair. Easy to put together. I'm going to order another for my assistant.

I have had 2 cervical spine surgeries and the placement of the head rest (or neck for my purposes) is excellent. This chair is excellent and is worth every penny!!

This is a great office chair. I spend a minimum of eight hours per day in it and it's comfortable throughout the day. The only drawback I've experienced with it is that the cushion for the lumbar support doesn't stay locked so I have to readjust it regularly throughout the day. If not for that I would have given it a five star rating.

This chair fits me very well. I really like the mesh seat and back. The mesh keeps me from sweating which can be very uncomfortable.
