The chair is well manufactured with a sturdy construction. Unfortunately, the seat is quite narrow and lacks easy manual adjustment for the armrest near the hips. To create more room in the seat area, you must use the provided tool to expand it. The headrest sits slightly forward and offers limited adjustability. The back is supportive and comfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This chair is very comfortable. Assembly instructions were very easy even though they were in pictures rather than words. Various screws were individually packed by step and color coded. My husband like mine so much we bought a second one for him!

The chair is very comfortable however I installed aftermarket rubber wheels to protect my floor and it’s higher off the ground & my feet no longer touch the floor, and I must now purchase an under desk foot rest since this staples chair cannot go any lower

+90 day review. The chair is not as comfortable as i though. The cushion is soft but does not support very well specially after more than 8 hours of continuous use. If you lack natural rear cushion you will feel it.
The recliner lock worked only for a few days after that is a hit or miss. If you have back issues and prefer to keep the chair at a 90 degree angle this is not for you. You will have to pull the back support piece and lock the chair in place but if you rock to much or over extend and come back to 90 degree the lock releases.
