The seat and back are a mesh so that you won't get overheated the back tilts and the head rest adjusts (only very minimally) and the lumbar support is great! Nice chair for the home office...we bought two.

Easy to build out of the box. Clear instructions. Included tools will make assembly take longer than if you have a decent set of Allen wrenches. For the money it is a really good chair.

Saving me a lot of pain

I got the chair because I was having a lot of tech neck symptoms. This chair especially the adjustable arms and the lumbar support has provided instant relief. The one drawback is the neck support. It adjusts forward and backwards but not up and down so it doesn't fit me that well but a minor drawback.
