The good part is the chair sits higher than my old one so my feet can sit flat on the floor and my ankles knees and hip don't hurt as much. The down side is I have a wide butt and this is made for a narrow one. The contoured bottom pinches my bottom so I have to use a pad. The only chair pads are too small. I might recommend this for a tall skinny person.

Very comfortable chair very good back support.. Lift was very short (around 3" ) had to order separately 5" lift (15.5" full extend ) and substitute.. after that the chair is almost perfect...
