Excellent instructions making it easy to put together. Chair was for my husband to use at his computer desk. Now he's watching TV while playing computer games. Hmmm maybe too comfortable!

Comfortable and fairly easy to assemble. I hope this chair lasts longer than the last chair I bought at Staples.

I had my former office chair for ten years when I received a sizable bonus from my employer. I decided to reward myself with a new chair so I did some online research and went to Staples. I found the chair of my dreams - The Union & Scale™ FlexFit™ Hyken Ergonomic Mesh Swivel Task Chair. It is extremely well made with multiple ways to adjust the arms back and swivel. You can easily make it fit like it was made for you personally. For an extra treat I had it assembled at the store. This one checks all the boxes for form fit style and stability plus the price is very reasonable given all the features.

chair did not take long to come off the seams. Insurance claim was approved but never received the gift card they claimed they sent

I recently upgraded and couldn’t be happier. Super comfortable for the long office sits through meetings. Also got it next day delivered. Very happy with this purchase
