I wish the chair raised up a little higher and the arm rest came out little further but for the purpose of the chair it feels great.

Very good intersection of comfort and utility. Not the pillow-soft kind you mire up in and take a nap but as comfortable as you should get when you're trying to work. You can however get a pretty good nap with its backward tilt and headrest. Also I love the red color. I almost bought a black one to match the one I already had but am so glad I decided to mix instead of match them.
