At a fraction of the price just as comfortable as the "X-Chair" that I tried out elsewhere. I hope it lasts a good long while. My wife and I do not spend hours at a time on the chair and we both are lightweight so I have high hopes. Of course it's possible to slouch in any chair but this one has a short seat and the up-and-down adjustable lumbar support makes it easy to sit properly.

Sturdy but short.

If you are over 6 feet tall do not buy this for the head rest portion. It will jab forcefully into your shoulders while you sit. Other than that the chair seems solid. Only other issue is the lumbar support is on an incredibly loose track that will not stay in one spot. so if you adjust it and it slips you have to readjust it over and over.

game changer for women in our office

I work in a non-profit and most of our chairs have been donated. Like most office chairs they are often too tall wide deep etc for most of the women in our office. As we are a non-profit we needed to find a reasonably priced chair that offered the right support and had adjustable armrests. We got it on sale but even full-price is a bargain. I think this chair would be good for slim to moderate built people from about 5'4" to 5'10." We didn't install the headrest as that was problematic. Regardless of my feelings please go to your nearest Staples and try it out. No chair it going to work for everybody. We sat in every chair in the store before we agreed to this particular model.

Breathable mesh fabric doesn't make you sweat after sitting for long periods of time. Lumbar support is great and a person could insert a heating or cold pack in the lumbar spine area to relive lower back pain if desired. The price is affordable compared to other ergonomic desk chairs.

To be honest I like the look of the chair but siting for more than a few hours results in a backache. I work from home which requires many hours at the desk. Added a small pillow to support my lower back helps but not enough.
