One of the best chairs if you want to sit up straight and work

Solid office chair for the price

This chair is pretty solid. My only complaint is that the tilt function is not very smooth -- I can basically only sit up completely straight or lean back entirely. There isn't much in between. But if that doesn't bother you then I would definitely recommend this chair.

I love my new chair. My chair sits on an uneven floor. By midday my back would hurt with my old chair. It doesn't hurt anymore. thank you hyken!!

After testing all the office chairs at Staples a sales person recommend this Hyken Mesh chair fo rthe best back and neck support. I love it. Also the assembly instructions parts tool and packaging of parts was FANTASTIC!!!! and made it easy to put together.

The headrest is uncomfortable

Not a bad chair for a good price but the headrest sits low for me and seems to push the neck making it uncomfortable. I want to return it and hope that will be honored.

Hyken Task Chair

I ordered online on one day and had it the next. It was delivered to my house and the delivery person was kind enough to put it inside the door for me. Assembly was time consuming but not difficult. I am enjoying the chair and am glad I bought it.
