Love it!

Easy to assemble and a great addition to my home office. Hours of comfort without having to worry about the cushin wearing down by the end of the day. I just wish that there was more resistance to it beyond what the dial on the chair is capable of or a way to install more tension springs but I'm overall extremely satisfied with the product. 💯

Headrest good; seat bad

I like the adjustability of this chair and the headrest is a nice feature when I'm sitting back for a break but the mesh seat is uncomfortable - too firm.

Great chair

Received this chair today. The shipping container was a little concerning (1- excessive loose tape. 2- box was punctured in many areas. 3-the bottom could fall out any minute.) I took multiple pictures in case the content was damaged and missing pieces. Fortunately everything was in tack and free of dents dings etc. This chair replaced my faux leather deck chair. Easy to put together. Very comfortable. Appears durable and sturdy. I would highly recommend this item

Just okay
on August 19, 2020

While this chair has the features I was looking for (adjustable arms lumbar support locking back) it is just okay in quality and comfort. The features are clunky and awkward and one screw in the headrest was stripped and has already fallen out. The seat is very stiff and somewhat uncomfortable over the course of the workday.

It has all the settings seat up or down and back adjuster. The piece for resting your head is very convenient!

Comfort & Support

We bought this chair for our HS-age daughter. She loves it and so do we. Great balance between comfort and support. Plenty of adjustability. Hopefully it holds up well and lasts for many years. We're 100% pleased so far and recommend this chair highly.
