Having back/lumbar issues and now working remotely from home regularly; needed a more therapeutic model. Although I thought a bit pricey (most other brands were on 'sale' at the time so I figure this one must be popular). But other more therapeutic models cost even more. Only one minor issue; could not adjust headrest vertically only the rotating adjustment worked. Simply loosened the mounting screws and used a filler item for the gap for a good fit. Otherwise it's been great.

This chair has corrected my posture. I always found myself leaning over the keyboard in my last chair and would have a sore neck and back. I would recommend this chair. The extra height extension is great to lay your head back to rest but does not provide support while actively typing. It tilts a little bit does not have any other adjustments. It lays too far back to be of any use. I do enjoy having it there when you just want to relax for a moment. It took about 20 minutes to assemble.

Great entry-level chair. Took less than 10 minutes to put together. However while the neck rest does rotate it is not adjustable up or down which could be uncomfortable for some users. I'm 5 6 and find this chair comfortable but taller users be wary of the head rest.
