I am happy with my new chair. I am also happy that I signed up for the furniture assembly option. I could never have put it together myself.

I used a Herman Miller Aeron at work and this definitely isn't that. The lumbar support isn't as good (it doesn't go high enough) but a towel shoved into the top seems to help. At the lowest point the arms are at least an inch higher so I didn't put them on. I'll probably get a pad to protect the floor; the wheels are better suited for carpet. The headrest is nice. I'm 5'7 and the height is okay for me though I agree that it would be nicer if it were adjustable. I do like the color a lot.

It is not comfy and also if may wear out your cloths as mesh in chair is very hard and rough.

Good one to buy. I have been using for more than 4 years and I’m very comfortable with this one.
