I went to Staples and sat in every single chair in the store and this one was by far the most comfortable (of all mesh + leather chairs!). I had mine shipped to the store and it arrived on time just a few days later. It only took about 20 minutes to put together and adjust. You can immediately feel the lumbar support. Highly recommend!

Good comfortable chair. I've been using it for 10+ hours at a stretch (thanks coronavirus!) with no discomfort. Great back support. Head rest a little bit low for my taste (I'm 5'10") but that's probably just me. The seat has hard edges that took me a day or so to adjust to probably due to my previous chair having no such edges and allowing me to spread out without thinking.

Impossible to use for anyone even close to 6ft tall or taller. I am 6'2" and it just grinds into my neck and traps all day. I have to slouch a few inches or lean all the way back at an angle for it to work at all on the "tallest" setting. I am very surprised at this design flaw and how it isn't addressed anywhere or mentioned in any way. It's unfortunate because I had already had a bad experienced and Staples customer service did an awesome job. Now to have it all been a waste of time because this has to go back is a fitting way to end this experience I suppose... Don't see any reason why I would consider another Staples product.
