The instructions for assembling the chair were super easy to follow and the chair is extremely comfortable. It supports my back exactly where I needed it.

There was a little glitch with the chair that staples took care of within 24 hours. Excellent customer service. My son is sitting in his chair a lot for virtual schooling and being a gamer and he LOVES it! I sat in it too and it’s so comfortable. Worth the price!!!

This chair is very comfortable and gets low enough for me so I can rest both feet flat on the ground.

Headrest too low but otherwise great office chair

I am 5'9 and the headrest is too low for me!! However with the headrest NOT attached this is a very comfortable chair with great back support and reclining function. Still very happy with my purchase even though I use it without the headrest.
