My wife has some back problems and found this chair helped her feel better over an extended work times. She did first compare chairs at the store however. Assembly was fast easy and clearly explained.

This chair is very comfortable and sturdy. It does have a good back support. I got this chair after getting sever lower back pain from sitting on a bad chair for a long time this definitely helped in soothing my back pain.

Great chair! I love how comfortable the mesh is compared to other chairs. I especially love the adjustable settings as well as the back/neck support that it provides. From now on these chairs are the only ones that I’m going to use for work.

This is the most uncomfortable ergo chair I've ever sat in. The back offers no support it leans back so far I feel like I'm going fall back and hit the ground. The seat has a lip that digs into the back of my knees. It's the worst. Staples return policy is only 14 days and I didn't get it put together in time to return it. Plus the box was so heavy I couldn't have gotten it into my car. Hate it! I will never buy a chair online again.
