The Hyken has demonstrated itself as a great office chair. The mesh is comfortable and sturdy. It seems to hold up much better than vinyl and typical cloth padding and provides its own air conditioning.

Gave me lower back pain

The way the back of the seat curves down causes lower back pain. The seat does not tilt only the backrest. I feel the chair is fit taller people I am 5’7” and feel it’s too deep. I threw out the box and now Staples won’t allow me to return 😞

This chair has a lot of ways to be adjusted for comfort. I like the lumbar support. My only complaint is I wish the headrest would go up a higher. Even on its highest level the bottom of the headrest hits my shoulder blades.
