Don't buy for people over 5'10"

I am 6 feet tall and the headrest hits me in the shoulders at highest position. Another problem is that you can only lock the tilt in two positions. One is too far forward and the other too far back for desktop work application. Seems well built but with VERY poor engineering

Good Chair Bad Head Rest

This is a great chair overall feels comfortable to sit in. Overtime the arm rests have started to wear quite so and the head rest has been broken for months now from almost nothing. Using it will break it after only a month or two it seems.

My wife is 5'9" and I'm 6' the chair's headrest hits both of our shoulders and we had to remove it. We crossed the deadline for return so couldn't return it. Was not expecting this much poor design for the chair which hits people's shoulders and causes you to crunch your shoulders. We removed the head-rest altogether and using the chair without it.

Comfortable for a shorter person

At 5 feet tall finding a chair that I'm able to sit in all the way and have my back supported is nearly impossible. This chair is perfect! I can sit all the way back my legs bend at the knee and reach the floor no dangling no extra pillows. I'm purchasing my 2nd one - one for home one for the office.
