Very nicely built good lumbar support have nice head rest. Nice and comfortable chair. I am happy with the result. Took around 30 min to build instructions are clear and very easy to build.

This chair is so comfortable and easy to put together. I am tall but can see why if I was any taller the headrest may be kind of annoying (but you can always take it off). Highly recommend to anyone especially those working remotely right now that are suffering with uncomfortable chairs. This makes all the difference!

I have pretty severe back issues and recently began working from home due to COVID. This chair allows me to sit comfortably throughout the day and ensures that I will have no pain when i get up. It’s got a lot of ways to customize the comfort of the chair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Comfortable. Headrest is high if you’re 5’6” and under however it can be removed or a pillow can be placed on the seat to elevate your body so that your head as level with the headrest.

Lack of seat tilt capability

I like all of the adjustability of the chair except that I can't change the tilt of the seat. The leading edge of the seat is too high for my comfort in my normal seating position. I would like the ability to lower the leading edge of the seat (change the tilt angle of the seat component).
