The chair was easy to assemble screws in sequential pouches that matched the instructions. As many others have stated the ability to adjust the height of the headrest would have made the chair a 5. I am about 6 feet and have to slouch a bit to be able to put the headrest in a comfortable position. That of course negates the use of the lumbar support since my back is not resting against the back of the chair. The headrest can be removed not not installed so you may be able to find a cheaper chair without that feature that is made of mesh.
After work from home for over six month my back and neck really hurt badly and getting worse everyday. So I bought this chair. The assembly took sometime but not too bad. I was able to put all the piece together using power tool. The chair is quite comfortable my back feel much better.
A decent general office chair but not great for ergonomics. Yes it is comfortable for those who it fits but it lacks many adjustable pieces which makes it uncomfortable for others especially anyone who is tall/large. The headrest is unusable for me even at it's highest setting. I will have to take it off entirely because it is constantly pressing against my shoulders. The arm rests move up and down but do not move forwards/backwards or out further to the sides. This makes the seat very narrow. The seat also does not adjust forward/backwards. Overall a decent chair that is comfortable enough to sit in but I am not convinced it is a good ergonomic option for full time use.
