It is a good design but not enough cushioning and my back hurts sitting for more than 45 mins so need to return it .

Meant for my husband but I got the new chair.

Had purchased this for my husband as he is working from home and has developed back aches from an old chair he'd been using. I ordered this hoping it would help however it was much smaller than I thought. He is 6'4" and the head rest ended up hitting him about shoulder eight. The width of the sear is smaller than I thought as well. Was not a good fit for him at all however it is sized about right for my 5'4" height. I find the lumber support very good and find myself sitting straighter while at the computer. So not a bad chair but more for a smaller person.

This is a comfortable chair that is everything as advertised. It was easy and fast to assemble it and it is nicely built. My only complaint is that the casters are hard plastic and not really a good choice for my hardwood floor. I'll be putting a throw rug down to protect the floor since it appears that my "home office" will be in use for some time to come.

Comfy chair for shorter people

I'm only 5'7" so I needed something that wasn't too deep from the front edge of the chair to the back. I also wanted something that reclined at least a little. This met all those needs and only took about 20 minutes to assemble. So far it's been pretty comfortable and the mesh is nice when it's warmer here in Texas. The headrest doesn't adjust quite as much as I'd like so it's only useful in certain sitting positions but not a deal breaker. I was able to get the chair on sale so it was a no brainer. No idea on the longevity or how it will hold up with regular use but I'm happy with the purchase for now.

Was looking for a mesh-seat chair and having a really hard time finding one until a friend told me about this one. I've had it now for about a week and love it. Very comfortable and very similar to the Herman Miller Aeron chair at a fraction of the price!
