This chair came as advertised. It's not as comfy as a high end chair. A fairly involved but easy to follow build. It feels pretty solid compared to other products in the price range.

I recently purchased a Steelcase Series One. It was to replace an on old Hyken that my son claimed. I returned the Steelcase and bought another Hyken. It is a very comfortable chair and half the price. I highly recommend it.

Best office chair I have ever sat in! We have 2: bought the first several years ago after sitting in every chair at staples... and then covid hit. It took 2 weeks of working from home for us to get a second one!
