The chair is comfortable and the controls allow for making the customizable comfort all that better. I have been sitting in this chair for over 8 hours a day for a week now. I used to need an extra pillow to sit for an extended period I now do not need one. Thanks!

Its support and comfort are supreme. The ability to adjust the lean and the height are easily accessible but the only issue i have is the width of the arms not being adjustable. If that small discomfort could be fixed this chair would rival any harmen miller for a fraction of the price

I finally found a chair that does not hurt my back with long hours (6+) at my desk. I tried several other chairs (buying additional cushions and lumbar supports) and they all made me feel miserable. This chair meets all my needs.. back support comfort and versatility. I have recommended it to several coworkers. I am 5ft 5in.. so I did buy a foot riser to place my feet on when my chair is raised up. So happy I found this one!
