I assembled it yesterday and it is comfortable so far. The problem is with assembly. You need two people to assemble this as it is heavy flipping it back and forth. Both the legs and the wheel looks bit cheap. Outside of that this pretty much has all you need in a chair including the head rest.
These are excellent chairs for the price. My wife and I have been using them for several years and just got one for our son. Have been using daily for many hours a day for over 7 years now!
I looked for several days for a chair within this price range there are too many options…And there are many chairs too expensive or that were very basic … just assembled this one and used for a couple a days and I have to say I am very happy with it. Of course you can notice things to improve but come on at this price you can’t complain much.
I sat in a lot of chairs in 3 different warehouse stores before coming back to this chair at Staples. I can't speak to it's durability since it's new...but it is comfortable for long work-days infront of the computer which is exactly what I needed. I like the adjustable back reclining angle and the lumbar support is done right so you don't have a bar hitting your spine. So far I am perfectly happy with my purchase.
I am a relatively petite person (5'2") and needed to replace an oversized chair that I had inherited from my predecessor. The Hyken task chair did the trick. It is ergonomically designed and can be adjusted so that someone of my height can be comfortable. Good lumbar spine and neck support. The material is a little flimsy (i.e. my large dog would likely destroy it in my home office) but it is comfortable and perfect for my office.
