This is a nice chair because it can be adjusted easily. My husband and I share a workspace so it is perfect for us. It is nice to recline and still be fully supported.

Overall good chair for the money but if I were to do it all again I might spend more and get something even better. Have been using this chair for a week+. I sit in it 8 hours a day. I would not rave about the comfort but wouldn't complain about it either. All the adjustments listed are accurate but the ranges could be better. For example the headrest adjusts up and down but not by very much so for someone tall/short you may not be able to get an optimal position. It has tilt lock and also tilt resistance meaning if it's unlocked you can make it easier/harder to lean back. However I tightened it all the way down and it still is too easy for me to lean back than I would like.

This chair is only for those about 5’8” or shorter. I’m 6’0” 175lbs and this chair feels like a kids chair. The head rest is on my lower knock pushing it uncomfortably forward. There is an “adjustable” lower back support but instead of it sitting on my lower back it sits about where my tail bone is or an inch above it. I had to take the chair apart and take the backrest out. Same with the head rest. I ordered this chair on Black Friday and want to take it back but don’t want to expose myself to covid to do so...
