Very comfortable office chair. I no longer need a separate lumbar support. I was debating on getting the version with the headrest and am so glad I did. I'll be ordering another soon for my husband.

The chair is very comfortable. It has perfect support for my lower back. My only complaint is that whatever paint or finishing they put on it has a VERY strong odor. I thought it would go away after a day of being out of the box & put together & spraying it with Lysol but it hasn't. I hope that after time it will.

Instructions easy to follow hardware color coded and separated for ease of assembly. One small plastic part not easily seen was broken so will be stopping by Staples to see about a replacement. Parts were all well packed but being from china not unexpected. Great lumbar support.
