Wheel don’t roll well. Lumbar support keeps slipping down.

We give a 5 star review to Staples for their service in helping to return the chair and refund our money. The chair itself was a 1 star or less. It was flimsy and uncomfortable.

If the arm rests were movable this chair would be even better but overall I like this chair. Its great for the price.

It's very comfortable and pretty simple to put together. I love all the adjustments I can make but I do wish I could adjust the headrest more. Otherwise I love it!
