The narrow profile fits into my tiny home-corner office area. And the support features help with sitting for long periods of time. Adjustable. Came shipped to my house within a couple of days. Good service good quality.

The head/neck part is good for a tall person - for a shorter person it might be too high.

The chair is good but the first one was broken out of the box. Had to pay for a second one and waiting for a refund for the first one. It was bad to have to pay for the second one and ask for a refund.

The computer chair that I was using was causing lower back pain since using this chair it has really helped my lower back. The only problem I had was the headrest The headrest would hit my shoulders so I had to remove it.
