Very efficient in terms of response and delivery. I will certainly reconsider ordering from Staples again for any future needs.

Comfortable. Nice support. Love the head rest. Soft armrests.

Would highly recommend this chair. Seems similar to the high-end X-Chair but for pennies on the dollar. Oh and there's an adjustable lumbar support.

My chair is so comfortable and I love the back support. But the wheels stick and it is often difficult to move.
