The lower lumbar support is not comfortable for me. I will have to purchase another chair or remove it.

Since COVID I have been able to work from home full time. I never realized what a crumby chair I had been using in my home office until I was in it all day long. This new chair is comfy doesn't make my back ache and keeps me in the correct position all day long.
