I have lower back problems and was sitting in an old chair for years before I got this chair. It forces you to sit up straight effortlessly while still being comfortable to sit on. When you want to lean back it's the headrest for me.

Overall a pretty comfortable chair and seems well built. Was fairly easy to assemble. My only complaints are that I wish the arm rests and head rest had more range of height adjustability. I’m 6ft tall so not a giant by any means and I feel like the arms and head rest don’t adjust to where I need them. But overall a pretty good chair.

If you care about your posture this chair does its job at its low price. It keeps your back straight. No slouching and you can rest your head comfortable. Great for young kids to teach them how to sit up straight for proper posture. My First chair with a mesh seat - hopefully it last for a long time. Great buy! Very satisfy. Staples shipping is ridiculously quick. Got it next day! It was nicely boxed and instructions were clear. Easy to setup. Takes 15 minutes.

My New Comfy Chair!

The back support and ability to tilt back are wonderful! It is also my new chair for sitting at my sewing machine and allows me to sit upright rather than be a curled up blob in front of my machine. My only complaint is that being only 5'1" with short legs I would like the lowest setting to be a bit lower. I have a foot rest that I use as my feet don't fully touch the ground while seated causing stress to the sacral area of the back. Most if not all chairs have this issue.

Best office chair I've ever had

This chair really is the best one I've ever owned. I've had some really good ones at WORK but I know those cost a small fortune. This one is the best I've ever had personally and it's VERY close to the far more expensive ones in terms of comfort and functionality. I used to have a seat and back cushion on my old one but they don't breathe like the mesh on this one. Now they're not necessary -- the lumbar and neck support I have now plus the overall comfort make it a super comfortable chair in which I can work at my desk all day (with breaks of course) even at age 63!
